Thank you for shopping with Zaarefolks. Here is our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process for your order.
Processing Time
To determine when you will receive your order, please note that credit card authorization and verification must be received before we can process your order.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order.
Once your order is verified, it will be processed within within 7-10 business days.
Custom orders may take longer to process, depending on the complexity of the design.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a DHL tracking number.
You can track your order using the tracking number provided.
We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Packaging
Please do not be surprised when you receive your basket. Your basket(s) will be flattened and wrapped in a poly woven sack, which will then be wrapped in cardboard and wrapped again with an extraordinary amount of packing tape.
Due to high shipping costs, we often pack our baskets in a compressed state. This does not harm the baskets, as they are very resilient and durable. A document will be included in the packaging showing you how to reshape the basket in a matter of minutes. And also, you can always follow forming instructions below:
Forming instructions
1. Simply dampen your basket in cold water or spray some cold water. If any avoid soaking leather.
2. Place the basket on a flat surface and use your hands to reshape the basket to its original appearance.
3. Let it dry completely. Do not keep them in wet places.
4. When it dries, it will once again be perfect!
Maintenance instructions
Keeping our maintenance suggestions in mind, you can use your eco-friendly basket for years,
1. In case of soaking, sun-dry your basket or leave it to dry at room
temperature.
2. Make sure to keep your basket in the shade to prevent color fading.
3. Easy to clean, stains can be easily removed with a damp cloth.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Estimated delivery times vary by location:
International: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country.
International Shipping
Zaarefolks cannot and will not take responsibility for any charges relating to brokerage fees, custom duties, VAT or GST and handling charges incurred when your Zaarefolks shipment enters your country.
Delays caused by customs are beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist you in such cases.
